Products that turn clarity into action and action into learning.
We are building products that help a person move through a continuous cycle. Prisms turn information and experience into learning and understanding. Catalysts help turn that understanding into decisions and execution. What happens during execution can bring new evidence and let the cycle begin again.
Prism
Learn and understand.
Prisms turn scattered information and evidence from experience into grounded, traceable, and useful understanding.
They make facts, criteria, relationships, differences, conditions, and uncertainties visible. They also make it possible to incorporate what has been learned into a body of knowledge so it can be used in a new situation.
Evidence does not automatically become learning. It must keep its provenance and be reviewed, validated, and governed before it feeds a new understanding.
A Prism does not promise total certainty or decide for the person. It helps examine the evidence, recognize what is known, and make visible what remains uncertain. Its form follows the structure of knowledge: it must be simple to begin with and reveal depth when needed.

Catalyst
Decide and execute.
Catalysts turn understanding and intention into an executable decision and into the capacity to act.
They help structure alternatives, make their consequences visible, check conditions, and prepare a path. Then they coordinate rules, resources, automation, and artificial intelligence to reduce the effort required and sustain execution through changes or exceptions, without requiring the person to understand the complexity they coordinate.
A Catalyst taking part in a decision does not mean it decides for the person. It can analyze, propose, and verify, but purpose, judgment, and authority remain in human hands.

Two ways to help, one cycle
Problems rarely arrive in order. Sometimes there is too much information, signals that seem to contradict each other, or experiences that are hard to interpret. Other times we know what we want to achieve, but it is not easy to choose a path or put it into practice.
Software Humano works at those two moments. When there is a need to learn and understand, a product can act as a Prism: it organizes information and experience to help see what we know, what is missing, and what needs a deeper look. When the time comes to decide and act, it can act as a Catalyst: it helps compare paths, recognize their consequences, and turn a decision into action.
But acting does not close the cycle. When a decision is put into practice, results and signals appear that, once reviewed, can help us understand the problem better. That new understanding makes it possible to adjust the path and make the next decision on a firmer basis.
Prism and Catalyst are not closed categories. A single product can move from one mode to the other and start over when experience shows something new. At every moment, the purpose, judgment, and decision remain with the person. Technology is there to help them understand better and act with less friction.
A Prism helps to learn from experience and understand the situation. A Catalyst helps to decide on a sound basis and turn that decision into action.
A direction, not a catalog
This page presents the conceptual architecture of the products we are developing. It does not announce available products or finished capabilities.
We will show what we build when we can explain precisely what problem it solves, what capability it expands, and what evidence supports how it works.
